Future of Tailgait

In the near future, Tailgait Transport and Rescue is gearing up to expand its services by facilitating the adoption of its own dogs. Plans are underway to acquire a kennel facility to properly quarantine dogs rescued from high kill shelters before placing them into foster homes until they are adopted into permanent families.

Furthering its mission, Tailgait is actively pursuing the establishment of its own brick-and-mortar building to increase its capacity to rescue dogs from euthanasia. Additionally, the organization is committed to extending its support to other animals in need, aiming to provide a second chance to any animal requiring assistance.

Tailgait also aims to enhance its impact by assisting rural shelters in covering all necessary medical costs mandated by the State of NH to facilitate the rescue of dogs from southern regions. By alleviating financial barriers, Tailgait seeks to ensure that more dogs are saved from euthanasia.
